Veet - too wimpy to wax?

Description

Problem: Veet was an old-fashioned brand. It showed silk scarves wafting down girls legs. Women were shaving more and more, because they thought it was easier.

Solution: We didn’t hide from the pain of stripping we just made the result more worthwhile because it even lasts the length of a holiday. And we shot the films to fit the vibe of 90s girls – stealing shopping trolleys and skinny dipping- crossed with Juergan Teller fashion-style model shoots.

We shot 3 films for ‘A feeling that lasts’ with Joe Roman (Knucklehead) and Miranda Kerr, who was an unknown model at the time – this was her first commercial.
There’s a much better quality copy of the film on Joe’s website: https://www.joeromandirector.com/archive
